Mark Brettschneider- Department Manager

Mark graduated from the Dental Laboratory Technician program at Hennepin Technical College in 1981. He specialized in Orthodontics and Crown & Bridge. He soon found a passion for orthodontics, and has been involved in fabricating Orthodontic Appliances/TMJ Splints for over 30 years. 

Mark has attended numerous seminars some of which include: 

Dr. Witzig Beginning and Advanced Functional Orthodontic courses

Dr. Clark Twin Block Course

Dr. Mahony Advanced Twin Block and Orthodontic course

Dr. Spahl Orthodontic/TMJ Super courses

Dr. Paschen Beginning and Advanced Sleep course

Mark has been active in attending the Minnesota Dental Lab Association meetings and seminars, as well as the Star of the North State Dental Convention, and the North Dakota Dental convention. He has also been present for many OSHA/FDA meetings. Mark has been married to his wife, Renee, for 19 years. They have three children, Heather, Katie, and Nicholas. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, reading, attending sporting events, and traveling with his family. 

 

 

Scott Johnson- Appliance Technician 

Scott attended Hennepin Technical College and graduated in 1982. He specialized in Orthodontics and Crown & Bridge. Scott found that he had a passion and talent for Orthodontics and wanted to learn it all. Scott spent 30 plus years mastering the art of design and fabrication of Removable and Fixed appliances. He also fabricates TMJ splints and Surgical Guides for Crown & Bridge implant cases. With the new technology in laser welding, Scott saw that to be the future in Orthodontics. He mastered the art of welding and designing new and old appliances for Orthodontic treatment.

Scott has been married to his wife Jennifer for 26 years, and together they have one son, Joshua. Scott's hobbies include hunting, fishing, cooking in his 250 gallon smoker, and making homemade beer and wine.
